Portfolio

Image
Here are the images of my final portfolio. I worked hard on it and I think it looks really good. It took me all day to do because I wanted to make sure that it was the way that I wanted it to be. I used a powerpoint template from slidesgo.com as my background because I wanted to use something fun that looks sleek as well. I am happy with the way it turned out.

Final Animation

Image
This is my final rotoscope animation. After a total of 7 days working on it, I was able to complete it. It was such a relief to be done and see all my hard work come to life. I used my iPad and Apple Pencil to draw the outlines of every frame and then moved to my laptop to use the paint bucket tool to fill in every frame. My animation is a total of 160 frames with a title scene in the front and credits in the back. It lasts a total of 21 seconds. I am so proud of myself for finishing it and I love the way it looks.

Animation Practice

Image
This is the animation that I created as practice through photoshop. I had a lot of fun this one and creating the background and moving it around in every layer. I was able to play around with the animation and ended up creating this, which I am proud of. I am looking forward to working on my final animation for this class.

Autoscopy

Image
Windows.gif 100M.jpg The autoscopy project was the most difficult for me to complete. I had no idea what I wanted or how to produce the ideas I had in my head. I restarted about 3-5 times because I struggled so much. However, I finally created an image that shows how this happy picture is just a mask to hide the sadness in the background. I am happy with how it came out, but I was extremely nervous when it came to presenting it.

Multiplicity

Image
This is my multiplicity project. I had a lot of sun with this project with figuring out what poses I should do. If I could go back, I would change my clothes to make it look like 6 different people. I liked using photoshop for this project. Out of all the projects, I think this one was the easiest for me to complete.

Somewhere

Image
This is my somewhere project. I decided to use a scene from Love, Simon, which is one of my favorite movies. I had fun taking a bunch of pictures and picking the best one that would fit into the scene the best. The original image had a very small and awkward space between the two girls, so I did a lot of masking and duplicating to get the spacing correct. I wish I fixed the size of the head to match the size of the other characters. I had a lot of fun trying to figure out the correct colors. I learned a lot about photoshop with this project.

BW to Color

Image
Monochromatic Color Palette  Double Split Complementary Palette  Complementary Palette   These are my three BW to Color JPGs that I created on photoshop. Photoshop was extremely challenging at first, but after spending a lot of time trying to figure it out and watching the video tutorials I was able to figure it out. It was hard getting some of the hair details and I ended up missing a section of my hair. I wish I added more color to my face or something to add a little more. Other than that, I am really proud of what I did.
